Thorbjørn Graarud, CEO
Mr. Graarud holds an MBA from the Norwegian School of Management (BI), and has studied Mathematics at the University in Oslo. He has more than 20 years of experience within the Facility Management market, both nationally and internationally.
Mr. Graarud joined NEAS in 2010. Prior to this, he held the position as the Managing Director of Synnøve Finden AS. Earlier, Mr. Graarud has been employed at Ragnar Evensen AS, Evonor AS, Viking Askim AS and at ISS. From 1989 to 2000, he worked as Managing Director and Country Manager at ISS Norway AS. Continuing, in the period from 2000 to 2003, he was Managing Director International, North Europe ISS AS. The following years, from 2003 to 2006, he worked as the COO for North Europe and Asia and was a member of the top management team in ISS internationally.
Mr. Graarud holds 476 000 shares and 200 000 stock options in NEAS ASA.

Finn Rune Kristiansen (b. 1971), CFO
Finn Rune Kristiansen holds a bachelor degree in business and administration from Trondheims Økonomiske Høgskole and is a registrated public auditor from Høgskolen i Telemark. Mr. Kristiansen comes from the position as financial director in Telenor Satellite Services, where he also was responsible for the implementation of IFRS accounting principles in parts of the Telenor system. Finn Rune Kristiansen joined Neas in 2008 and has been a member of the Executive Management since 2008.
Mr. Kristiansen holds 53 500 shares and 50 000 stock options in NEAS ASA.

Bjørn Forwald, EVP Property Management
Bjørn Forwald holds a degree in Civil Engineering. Forwald has been employed since 2006 in NEAS ASA. Previous positions in NEAS ASA include Director of Property Management, Real Estate Operations and Business Development. He came to NEAS from the position as Director of Property Management in Basale Oslo AS. Previously he has been employed at Bravida ASA, Halton AS, TAC control Systems AS, Solberg & Andersen AS, Glent & Co AS and ABB Miljø Norsk Viftefabrikk AS.
Forwald holds 30 000 shares and 25 000 stock options in NEAS ASA

Anders Bjerke, (b. 1963),EVP Consulting
Anders Bjerke holds aMSc in Business. Mr. Bjerke joined Neas in 2005 and has been a member of the Executive Management since 2005. He came to NEAS through NEAS’ acquisition of Totalreform, where he was CEO. Prior to this, Mr. Bjerke worked as project manager at Info-Rama Senteret and as general manager for Norwegian Promotion Group AS.
Mr. Bjerke partly owns Totalreform Management AS, which holds 239 173 shares. Mr. Bjerke holds 50 000 stock options in NEAS ASA.

Eva Aubert (b. 1960), EVP Operations
Eva Aubert holds a degree in business administration and has in addition completed several in debt management studies carried out by Compass Group.
Prior to her current position in NEAS ASA, Mrs. Aubert was the CEO in Eurest Personalrestauranter for seven years. During this period, total revenues increased threefold, to NOK 600 million, and the total number of employees increased from 300 to 1 000 people. Eurest Personalrestauranter is a subsidiary of Compass Group, which is the world-leading provider of contract foodservice and support services. Previously she has also worked for SAS Service Partner

Gregers Barfod, HR Director
Gregers Barfod holds a MSc in Civil Engineering and a degree in market economy. Barfod has been employed since 2005 in NEAS ASA. Previous positions in NEAS ASA include CEO for NEAS F. Holm AS, one of the subsidiaries of NEAS ASA, Director of Business Development and Property Director. Mr. Barfod’s prior experience includes Director at American Express Corporate Travel AS, CEO at Rema Bensin Norden AS and several management positions at Norsk Texaco AS.
Mr. Barfod holds 30 635 shares and no stock options in NEAS ASA.

Sigurdur Gardarsson, Sales and Marketing Director
Sigurdur Gardarsson holds a BSc in Hotel Management and has in addition taken various Business courses.
Mr. Gardarsson has long experience from the Facility Management market. He has worked for more than 15 years with sales and management of Facility Management contracts, both nationally and internationally. Prior to his current position in NEAS ASA, Mr. Gardarsson was Sales & Marketing Director for Compass Group Norge, Medirest AS and Eurest Personalrestauranter AS for eight years.
