NEAS ASA (NEAS) was established in 1988. The company offers a complete range of integrated Facility Management (FM) services and solutions in the Norwegian market.

Our service spectrum ranges from strategic consulting to practical services. We serve actors in the commercial property market, including tenants, owners and developers. All our employees are highly qualified and work towards one united goal: to provide simple, predictable, and higher productivity solutions for our customers.

NEAS is situated on 12 locations in Norway. The headquarter is situated in at Lysaker outside Oslo. The branches are located in Oslo (3 branches), Bergen, Trondheim, Kristiansand, Stavanger, Sarpsborg, Gjøvik, Larvik, Skien, Lillestrøm and Stokke in Vestfold.

NEAS was listed at the Oslo Stock Exchange in March 2007 and thereby became the first noted FM-company in Norway.

The company consists of the parent corporation, NEAS ASA, and three subsidiaries, F. Holm AS, Neas Megling AS and Eikpart AS.
